Reservation

• This experience is for non-Korean nationals only; Koreans are not eligible to participate.
• Children under 36 months can ride for free when accompanied by a guardian. (You need to present a passport or ID card for age verification.)
• All participants with a reservation must arrive at the site 10 minutes before the reservation time and present the voucher to the staff.
  (Example) If 2 adults and 1 child have a reservation at 2:00 PM, all 3 must arrive at the site by 1:50 PM.
• If the actual number of visitors exceeds the number of people reserved, additional guests will not be allowed to board.
• Children cannot purchase this experience alone, and for safety reasons, children under 12 years old cannot board without a guardian aged 19 or older.
• If the option you selected for your reservation (adult/youth/child, etc.) differs from the actual number of people boarding, your online payment will be fully canceled, and you will need to make a new payment on site.
• If there are unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions or flight operation restrictions that prevent operation at your reserved time, your experience may be canceled even on the day of your visit.
• If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the operation is suspended while waiting to board after ticket issuance or if there is an early descent during boarding ('early descent' refers to a flight time of less than 5 minutes), you will receive a full refund.
• Customers receiving a discount must present proof of eligibility (passport, etc.) when issuing tickets. If you do not have the required documents, your prepaid amount will be canceled and you will need to pay the new amount on site.

Experience

• The passenger is responsible for any accidents caused by not following the precautions.
• Passengers under 110cm may have limited visibility.
• Youths and seniors may ride alone or with others of the same age group without a guardian.
• The following items are not allowed inside the SEOULDAL Balloon, and all general belongings must be stored in the locker before boarding.
  • All filming equipment other than cell phones (DSLRs, action cams, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.) and any items that may fall
  • Weapons/explosives/flammable materials and sharp objects such as knives, scissors, or any items that may inconvenience or harm others
• Wheelchairs/strollers wider than 90cm are not allowed and must be stored next to the locker before boarding.
• For the safety of passengers, intoxicated persons or those who do not follow the pilot’s instructions are not permitted to board.
• If you suffer from acrophobia, bipolar disorder, or similar conditions, please reconsider boarding.
• Boarding with pets is not allowed, and there is no separate waiting area for pets, so please refrain from visiting with them.
• Cameras are not permitted in order to protect the privacy of nearby residences.
• Filming with drones or similar devices without prior permission is not allowed.
• To prevent safety accidents during the ride, do not reach your hands or objects outside the net.
• If you experience dizziness, nausea, or panic symptoms at any time during the ride, you must immediately inform the pilot.
• For safety reasons, running or similar actions are not allowed during the ride.
• According to Article 310 of the Aviation Safety Act Enforcement Rules, we collect passengers’ personal information (name, date of birth, and address), and passengers must agree to the use of personal information and provide their details. If you do not agree to provide this information, boarding may not be possible.
• During winter (November to February), please prepare warm clothing and gloves before boarding.
