The Korean Language Program runs four semesters per year, each lasting approximately 10 weeks. Tuition per semester: KRW 1,000,000. Students can also access dormitories and study rooms.

Korean Language Program - Level 1 Curriculum
Silla University Korean Language Program · Beginner Level
Level 1 at Silla University's Korean Language Program is designed for learners studying Korean for the first time. Students begin with the Korean alphabet (Hangul), basic pronunciation, and essential sentence patterns. The course emphasizes practical expressions used in daily life — such as greetings, self-introduction, shopping, transportation, and daily life in Busan (or near campus).
Learning Objectives
- ▷ Understand and use beginner-level vocabulary and grammar structures appropriate for Level 1.
- ▷ Communicate in simple everyday situations using short and basic sentences (greetings, self-introduction, shopping, etc.).
