Eligibility & Selection: Must be currently enrolled undergraduate students at Sejong University (graduate students, Global Knowledge Education Institute, and International Education Institute students excluded). Current students must have previous semester GPA of 2.0 or higher. Freshmen and transfer students have no GPA requirement for first semester. Priority given to students with disabilities and low-income families (basic livelihood recipients, near-poverty class). Students with 12+ penalty points or forced eviction history excluded.

Check-in Procedures: Check-in approximately 1 week before semester starts. Weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 5:00 PM check-in not permitted. Only dormitory students allowed entry during check-in - family members and visitors cannot enter building. Report to Student Guidance Office (Room 101A) with ID and required documents. Receive access card, desk key, life guide, and facility checklist.

Required Documents: National ID card (mandatory for identity verification), health certificate issued within specified timeframe from local health center or hospital, resident registration certificate, enrollment card, admission pledge form. Enrollment certificate must be submitted by specified deadline or penalty points will be assessed. Missing or false documents result in forced eviction.

Payment & Fees: All rooms are 2-person basis (except accessible rooms). Estimated semester fees provided during admission notice. 30% discount available for selected socially vulnerable students each semester. Meal plans available (28 meals or 34 meals per month - unused meals within month expire, no refund for unused portions). 10% penalty fee deducted from remaining meal fees upon withdrawal.

Admission Restrictions: Infectious disease carriers, those who do not comply with dormitory regulations and living rules, those who disagree with admission conditions, students receiving suspension or higher disciplinary action under university regulations, students on withdrawal or leave of absence, students with forced eviction history, students with 12+ penalty points in previous semester, students whose submitted documents differ from application information, students whose enrollment status is not active after semester starts, others deemed inappropriate by dormitory director.
