If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Things To Keep In Mind

Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
Only the person who made the reservation can enter; accompanying guests are not allowed.
For accurate results, avoid wearing makeup or contact lenses. If you have makeup on, please remove it before the analysis.
We recommend bringing your usual cosmetics for better product recommendations after the analysis.
Glasses and colored contact lenses must be removed for accurate results. If you have poor eyesight, you may wear clear lenses. (※If you usually wear glasses and prefer to keep them on during the analysis, that's fine.)
Please avoid excessive drinking the day before and get enough sleep before your visit.
Accurate analysis may be difficult immediately after skin treatments or tanning.
