Cancelations up to 2 days before: No Refund
Cancelations on the day or no-shows: No Refund
If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Things To Keep In Mind

If you want a shampoo session before hair styling, there is an additional 22,000 KRW charge (pay on-site).
If you switch to an updo during styling, there is an additional 33,000 KRW charge (pay on-site).
If you request a specific designer, an extra 33,000 KRW per person will be charged (pay on-site).
If you have a preferred style, be sure to specify it clearly on the reservation page.
Styling takes between 1 to 2.5 hours.
Please visit the salon without sunscreen on your face.
Please make sure to shampoo and condition your hair on the same day before your visit.
Lash extensions or lash perms may affect the final eye makeup result.
