Up to 30 days before departure: Free cancellation (No cancellation fee)
Up to 21 days before departure: 30% penalty of the total package price
Up to 14 days before departure: 50% penalty of the total package price
Within 7 days before departure: 100% penalty (Non-refundable)
※ The cancellation date is calculated based on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
