重要注意事项

Cancelation Policy

  • Refunds are not available after the order is placed, except for areas where delivery is not possible.
  • When entering the delivery address, please include the exact room number (e.g., A Apartment, Building 201, Unit 103). If only the apartment name is provided without the room number, delivery may not be possible and refunds will not be issued.
  • Please understand that cancellations or refunds are not possible if delivery is delayed or fails due to customer error.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Delivery may not be possible due to local circumstances. Please contact us via LINE to confirm your address. If delivery is not possible to the provided address after payment, a full refund will be provided. 
  • Based on store's policy, additional delivery fees may apply for some areas. As these fees vary by region, they cannot be paid in advance and must be paid when the delivery person arrives. Since card payment may not be available, it is recommended to prepare cash in advance. (The same applies for gifts; please inform the recipient beforehand). 
  • Orders may be canceled before delivery due to severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow or rain) or unavoidable circumstances from the store.
  • Entering the recipient's exact name and contact information is mandatory. If incorrect information prevents delivery, no refund will be issued. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery on the specified date and time. If they will be absent, confirm whether there is a secure storage location before placing the order.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to offices, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or celebrity accommodations/offices. Refunds will not be issued even if the delivery is returned. For hotel deliveries, the delivery person cannot access the room due to security policies. Please be prepared to receive your order in the lobby at the reserved time. 
  • Please keep in mind that the images are for reference only; and actual dishes might look different.

Delivery Reservation

  • Delivery hours: 14:00–22:00 (KST). Delivery and customer service are unavailable during lunch break (14:00–15:00 KST).
  • Support is available in Chinese, English, and Korean. For other languages, we’ll assist you using a translator.
  • Depending on traffic, your order may arrive within ±30 minutes of your selected time. We kindly ask for your understanding that exact timing may be difficult. Please note that delivery time cannot be changed on the same day.
  • Please check your chat messages frequently starting 1 hour before your selected delivery time. We will send you real-time updates. If you don’t check messages, delete or leave the chat room, your food may not be delivered correctly. Please be sure to stay connected.

Important Announcement Regarding Contact Method 

  • Until July 25, 2025, deliveries will proceed only if you first contact us via the LINE channel (@creatrip) as before.
  • Starting from July 25, 2025, the LINE channel will no longer be in service. To receive your delivery, you must first contact us after payment by going to [Order History Page] → [Chat Icon at the Bottom Right] → [Live Chat].
  • If you do not contact us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, your delivery will not be made and will be automatically canceled.
